At Sierra Banquet Center, we work hard to make your function a success...and affordable! We will work with your budget.

WEDDING PACKAGESRental fee for facility & grounds EXCLUSIVELY YOURS
FRIDAY 10.00 am until 10.00pm - $1200.00
SATURDAY 10.00am until 10.00pm - $2000.00
SUNDAY 10.00am until 10.00pm - $1500.00
Guests will have a five hour window;
40 guests or less you may have ½ day rental: 4.00pm until 10.00 pm.
The rental fee would be 50% of the above prices. Guests still have a 5-hour window.

CATERING SERVICE
Full CATERING service (table service) 30 person minimum up to 100 persons.
Includes; set up/breakdown of ceremony site, ceremony site, set up/breakdown of tables,
Professional wait staff and bar staff, crockery, cutlery and glass ware.

SILVER PACKAGE
• 1 passed Hors D’Oeuvre
• Choice of salad
• Choice of 3 entree items
• Two side dishes
• Bread and butter service
• Cake service and sparkling cider toast
• Tea, lemonade and coffee service
$28.95 per person

ADD: House wine (3 bottles per table of 8 people) plus champagne toast (one glass per person).
Wine can be either white or red. - $36.95 per person
Up graded wine - $39.95 per person

PLATINUM PACKAGE
• 3 passed Hors D’Oeuvres
• Choice of soup or salad
• Choice of 3 entrée items
• Two side dishes
• Bread and butter service
• Cake service and sparkling cider toast
• Tea , lemonade and coffee service

$33.95 per person

ADD: tax (8.25%) and service charge (18%) to the above price list.

FLOWERS, LINEN AND MUSIC TO BE PROVIDED BY OTHERS.

BUFFET SERVICE is also available. The above is a guide line. We can work within your budget and add or delete items to suit your needs.

PRICING AND DEPOSITS:
All menu prices are subject to the state sales tax of 8.25% and a service charge of 18%. There is a $1.50 charge for cutting and plating outside dessert or cake added to the meal price. Fifty percent (50%) of the room rental fee is required to secure your date and is non-refundable. The balance of the contract is due and payable 30 days prior to the event.
